UPDATE: JACK POSOBIEC DETAINED, FRISKED, QUESTIONED AT GUN POINT

BREAKING: Jack Posobiec DETAINED in Davos at World Economic Forum.

On his Telegram account Jack writes that he was outside filming (obviously an issue in Switzerland). He was questioned by plainclothes policemen. He handed over his passport and press card. After he took a break to charge the equipment a WEF stasi unit rolled out of nowhere with MP5s drawn. The whole crew, Jack included, was frisked behind a building.

The interesting thing about these private goons is they got to have a reason to detain you, but they don’t have to tell you what it is. There is a right not to be filmed, but journalists can be detained at will.
